On February 1, 2024, Prestige introduced an improved referral program designed to better reward our most-valued customers.
You now have the option of receiving cash or receiving credit toward your next cleaning by referring Prestige Carpet Care to your family, friends, and neighbors.
As an exclusively referral-based company, Prestige has grown because of your referrals. We want to reward you every way we can.
For every new client you refer to us, after their initial cleaning, we will reward you with a certificate for 10% of their service ticket.
Example: If you refer a new client and they spend $1,000 for cleaning and/or protection services, we will automatically send you a referral certificate for $100.
How to Redeem Your Certificate
To redeem it, simply present it toward your next cleaning, or send it to our office to redeem it for cash. It’s that easy.
To redeem for cleaning: Present your referral certificate at the time of service. The certificate amount will be deducted from your total invoice.
There is no limit to the number of referral certificates you can earn. They do not expire, and they are transferable. You can give them to customers, employees, friends, or anyone you choose.
To redeem for cash: Mail your original referral certificate to our office at 1060 Minnesota Ave., Suite 7, San Jose, CA 95125 within 45 days. We will send you a check.
If you’re wondering, “What’s the catch?” — there is no catch.
